Curious what everyone’s “ideal gloves setup” looks like.
I’m trying to stop doing the one-glove-for-everything thing. My current pair is fine for basic range work, but it gets slick when wet, the fingertips feel clumsy on small controls, and in cooler weather I end up either freezing or swapping to something too bulky to shoot well.
If you were building a simple, realistic glove setup for modern use—range days, basic field training, light vehicle work, maybe some wet weather—what would you pick and why? Do you run different pairs for:
- shooting/weapon manipulation
- general field tasks (rope, brush, admin)
- cold weather layers
- wet conditions
