If forced to pick one, I’d pick the air domain ecosystem (air forces + air defense + ISR) because it’s where detection, strike, and countermeasures are in a constant measure/countermeasure race. But the more accurate answer is that modern evolution is network-driven: whoever can integrate sensors, shooters, and sustainment into a resilient system is evolving fastest.
