I’ve been refreshing my field kit for hiking, range days, and general outdoors stuff, and I keep seeing the same few patterns everywhere (Multicam, M81, and the usual digital variants). It made me wonder: what camo pattern do you think is genuinely underrated right now—something that performs well in real environments but doesn’t get the hype?
I’m not asking for “what’s coolest,” more like: what works across seasons/terrain, breaks up the outline well, and is actually available to civilians without paying collector prices. Bonus points if you’ve used it in mixed terrain (woodline + scrub + dead grass) where a lot of patterns fall apart.
Curious to hear opinions from people who’ve worn this stuff for real, studied it, or tested it in the field.
