I’m not in the military, just a guy who’s been reading more about modern conflicts and naval strategy. When people say “most powerful,” are we talking raw ship count, ability to project power worldwide, ability to win a regional fight, or overall deterrence? If you had to rank the top navies today, how would you do it and what criteria actually matters most?
