I’m trying to dial in a consistent warm-up routine before my workouts. I train 4–5 days/week (mix of runs, rucks, and strength circuits). Some days I feel great, other days I feel stiff and my first mile or first set feels rough. I don’t have a ton of time, usually 10–15 minutes, and I train early mornings in a garage so it’s not exactly warm.
What’s the best warm-up routine before training for military-style fitness? I’m looking for something that actually translates to better performance and fewer tweaks (hips, knees, shoulders). If you’ve got a go-to sequence for run days vs lift days vs ruck days, I’d love to hear it.
