I’m trying to get in better “military-style” shape (work capacity, endurance, and not gassing out when things get uncomfortable). I’ve done regular lifting for years, but I’m new to rucking and the whole PT-circuit vibe.
What’s the best military-style workout you’ve personally tried and actually stuck with? I’m especially curious about sessions that build real-world stamina (carry stuff, move fast, recover quickly) without wrecking you for the week. If you can, drop what the workout looked like (sets/time), how often you ran it, and what you noticed improved.
Not asking for anything extreme—just looking for practical ideas and good programming.
