I’ve been doing longer rucks and range days lately and I’m trying to get smarter about hydration. A couple times I finished a session with a headache and felt wiped out, but I couldn’t tell if it was just heat/stress or actual dehydration. I know “being thirsty” is a sign, but what are the other signs of dehydration to watch for, especially in the field? Also, when does it cross the line into “stop and get help” territory?
