I’m aiming to prep for military-style fitness tests and the general “day to day” physical demands (running, carrying gear, getting up/down fast, staying durable). I don’t have a full gym—mostly a pull-up bar, a backpack I can load, and a small space. I can do some push-ups and sit-ups but my pull-ups and running endurance are behind.
What are the best bodyweight exercises for military preparation, and how would you structure them across a week? I’m not looking for anything extreme, just a practical plan that builds strength + stamina without wrecking my joints. Any tips on progression and common mistakes would help too.
