I’m rebuilding my setup and trying to keep it simple and durable. I’ve got a basic LPVO on one rifle and a red dot on another, and I’m realizing the optic itself is only part of the story. What accessories actually pair best with optics in the real world?
I’m thinking stuff like mounts/rings, lens covers, anti-reflection devices, offset dots, backup irons, torque tools, etc. I’m not trying to turn the rifle into a Christmas tree—just want the accessories that genuinely help with reliability, speed, and protecting the glass. Also curious what changes if you’re talking about hunting vs. range use vs. training classes. Looking for brand-agnostic guidance and “must have vs. nice to have.”
