I’m rebuilding my light setup for range nights and general “in the truck” use. I’ve got a couple handhelds (one smaller EDC, one higher output) and I’m considering a weapon light later, but right now I’m mainly trying to make my handhelds more usable.
What flashlight accessories actually make sense in real use? I’m seeing everything from pocket clips and lanyards to diffusers, filters, remote switches, mounts, and various battery/charging options. I don’t want to buy a bunch of gimmicks—just the stuff that helps in low light, keeps the light secure, and makes it faster to access. Any recommendations for a practical military/tactical-style setup (without getting unsafe or doing anything sketchy)?
