Right now I lift 3–4 days a week and run a couple times a week. I can do about 45 push-ups in one go, 10 pull-ups on a good day, and I can run 2 miles in the low 15s if I’m fresh. I’ve never done serious rucking other than hiking. I work full time so I’m trying to plan something realistic.
