I keep seeing “mobility” pushed alongside strength and cardio, and I’m trying to figure out where it actually fits for military fitness.

My week is mostly running/intervals, calisthenics, and some barbell basics. I also ruck once a week when I can. The issue is I’m always tight in hips/ankles and my shoulders feel crunchy after push-ups/pull-ups. I’m not injured, but I feel like I’m one bad step away from something dumb.
